Role of emotions in sales and marketing

It is very much true to say that nothing is more important in the sales and marketing than the emotions. Each and every living person and a creature on this earth is one that is surrounded by emotions on all side and a whole world is there for him/her to experience. This is what is to be en-cashed while one wants to sell anything. A lot of people just believe or say to make it clear to everyone that they live in a world that is practical and not driven by emotions but this cannot be true. It has proven that the entire world is driven with the emotion only and that is what makes anything saleable.
To create interest of the customer in the product / service, one has to be rational but this would only work as a lead, what actually makes him buy the thing is the emotion attached to it. One needs to take over the mind to the attributes of the product or service to be sold but one has to definitely try to take over the heart too. One may ignore the mind at a few times but never heart. This is the reason it is said that emotional marketing is better than rational one. The strategies set for the marketing must be such that are based on the emotions. For this, try to remove the rational questions or put them to very little and add more and more of emotional questions.
